FARNSWORTH
Oh dear. The General hasn't told you
your code name?
CYCLOPS BOY
No, he hasn't and it's getting a little
late. Why don't you and the General come
back tomorrow, or next week, and we can
straighten the whole thing out.
FARNSWORTH
No, listen, Mary. We really must get
started right away.
CYCLOPS BOY
Well, I'm as anxious as you, Farnsworth
but there seems to be some confusion
about my code name. Why don't you go
home and talk to the General and give me
a call later, or better yet, put it in a
letter and mail it to me.
FARNSWORTH
No. We don't need to wait, I'm sure the
General can rectify the whole situation
right now. He's out in the hall waiting
for me.
CYCLOPS BOY
Oh, we can't keep General Napoleon
waiting. Let's go have a word with him.
FARNSWORTH
General Napoleon?! Don't be ridiculous.
It's General Custer. You know, Custer,
the famous Indian fighter.
CYCLOPS BOY
Oh, right. Custer. I should have known.
I thought he was dead..., but, ah, well,
if you say so, Farnsworth. If he's out
in the hall we certainly should step
out,... and have a chat with him.
FARNSWORTH
In the hall! That's very undignified,
I'll ask him to come in here.
CYCLOPS BOY
No! Please Farnsworth, I'm kind of
embarrassed to have such an important
figure as General Custer see my dinky
little office like this. I haven't
dusted in weeks.
FARNSWORTH
O.K. If you insist we'll talk to him in
the hall. Shall we?
CYCLOPS BOY
Of course. After you...
